Dina Emser is a Certified Professional Development Coach who works with individuals and organizations to identify and use their strengths to reach their goals. She has coached hundreds of individuals – business professionals, educators, and parents across the U.S. and internationally since her certification in 1999. She also serves as a consultant, presenting workshops to businesses, schools, and agencies on what it means to be a professional, creating respectful relationships, and many other topics. Dina is an adjunct faculty member of the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. She is the author of Trusting the Fortune Within and co-author of Roadmap to Success with Ken Blanchard and Stephen Covey.

Before her coaching career, Dina was a classroom teacher and school principal. She has taught every grade level – pre- kindergarten through the eighth grade – as well as college level students, teachers, and parents. For nine years she served as the principal of an Adlerian elementary/middle school whose staff incorporated the Positive Discipline principles including classroom meetings.
