Reality Leadership: Voluntarily Making a Difference

Objective

To help new young adult and student leaders better understand the realities of leadership.

Explanation

Growing up is a reality check. The transition from home, high school, or college into adult life is fraught with new challenges and responsibilities. Many young adults eventually find that they have flawed assumptions about the way the world works.

This workshop grooms young people to become better organizational leaders by helping them understand the realities and dynamics of the world in which they live and work.

Young people volunteer to lead because they want to make a difference. But leading takes more than just good intentions – it takes the ability to deal with change and reality.
