Learning How to Manage Organizational Change

Objective

The only constant is change. So observed the Heraclitus of Ephesus, a Greek Philosopher about 2500 years ago. Was he right? He did not know how right he was. We now deal with change as an alarming pace. Organizations that have an understanding of change and how it impacts productivity are able to nimbly dance with the partner of change.

This program gives teams the ability to explore change in a safe way and prepare a recommendation list or best practices to minimize the organizational stress from change.

Explanation

What Is Building Change?

Building Change is a safe and fun team building program to help groups prepare for inevitable change. The entire group is charged with completing a task within a given time limit. Obstacles are set in their path to force them to engage change so as to complete the project.

At completion of the production time we discuss the activity and how to ready your organization for the forthcoming change.
